We here at ProGo TV are consistently looking to provide the best option to provide customer service to our customers. First, we would like to thank the many members who helped define our service on our previous Discord channel. Many of our members enjoyed the Discord platform yet many more did not. As a result, we have moved to a more robust service with more control. Now you can do it all in one place with no additional application needed!


To access, visit our website and look for the new chat icon located on the bottom right.

Ease of access:

    1. You do not need an additional application to reach out to us.

    2. Real-time response and live chat with the team directly on our website.

    3. Announcements for events.

Moving forward the calls and emails are no longer in operation. You may access us immediately through this live method. For anyone who used the support tickets, you no longer have to wait for a response while we are open. Please use the new chat icon to get a more immediate response to your questions. 


What’s new:

While the epg/guide is now available on every application, it is not available on every channel. We are working to improve the epg. Please refresh your service to load the epg in your application. Thank you for your patience while we continue to work to improve this service.
